The Bull Power Sled

The push handle on the Bull power sled can be used to train for strength, power, acceleration, general or specific conditioning.

With the higher vertical push bars, larger athletes can train specific to their sport or athletic position (sleds have even been used on ice for power skating drills), unlike most other power sleds.

The Bull power sled shows its versatility for use with different sized athletes (so that it can be used with many different sports and teams), for targeting a variety of training outcomes (speed, acceleration, etc.), and for mutli-directional usage (can pull the handles, push the handles, or attach a harness, strap, chain, etc. to the front for pulling movements).

The horizontal push handle places the athlete at the correct body angle for leg power (drive) and lean specific to acceleration.

Being able to accelerate more rapidly is the key to getting from point A to point B more quickly. In order for an athlete to change direction quickly (agility), he/she must possess an explosive first step, and additionally, the next few steps must be explosive as well--this can be accomplished by training to produce more force every time the foot touches the ground--the Bull performance sled trains the athlete to produce an increased force each time the foot touches the ground.
