Step 1: Strategy Call
A 10–15 minute call to dig into and determine your goals, pain points, schedule, and core motivation—to ensure we apply the right effort in the right direction.
Step 2: Movement & Mindset Evaluation
During your “tryout” session or your first few sessions, we assess your posture, mobility, strength, and mindset to determine your baseline so your plan is built around where you are—instead of outdated templates.
Step 3: Semi-Private Small Group Training (coming soon) or Private Training Sessions
We work with you to develop the optimal plan to achieve your goals. Train alongside like-minded adults: high-tech coaching in efficient, fun formats—strategic strength and movement sessions, scaled for longevity and vitality. Our semi-private small group settings bridge one-on-one personalization with community support. Or, for a more personalized training experience, you can train one-on-one with expert coaches to build confidence, strength, power, better movement, lose weight—or whatever your goals are—with extra support, accountability, and an individualized plan to get you there.
